Twenty-two candidates
Every idea had a buyer, a price, and a reason to die.
1. The Visit — GP conversation engine (B2C) BUILT
Job: survive an 8-minute appointment. Wedge into Method. Competitors are PDFs and “prepare for your consult” blog posts. Built.
2. Action Plan Desk — employer OS (B2B) BUILT
Job: a dated plan a board can publish. Regulatory clock in the UK. Complements Sprint instead of replacing it.
3. Tuesday — Method companion (B2C) BUILT
Job: one weekday move. Named pillars. EN/RO kitchens. Not ChatGPT in a floral skin.
4. The Rooms — Horizon OS (B2C, not menopause) BUILT
Job: map the next 30 years. Empty House / Two Systems / Capacity. PDF maps do not retain.
5. Manager in the Moment — standalone rehearsal app (B2B) FOLDED INTO DESK
The job is real. A fifth product would split the HR buyer. It lives as four scenario cards plus AI rehearsal inside Desk.
6. Two Systems — diaspora-only app (B2C) FOLDED INTO ROOMS
Unfair advantage, small if it is only Romanians in Ireland (~tens of thousands). As a Horizon track it rides a bigger category and still speaks to UK/EU diaspora.
7. Generic menopause tracker + community KILLED
Balance, Health & Her, Caria. Content libraries and ORCHA badges she will not outspend. Community is a moderation cost centre.
8. HRT / telehealth clinic KILLED
Midi, Evernow, Alloy. She is not a prescriber. Scope of practice is the brand.
9. Wearable / Oura competitor KILLED
Hardware margins, FDA-adjacent claims, Oura already shipped a perimenopause check-in (2025). She should read data later, not mint a ring.
10. Another 10-week course, filmed KILLED
She already has a flagship. A second curriculum is procrastination dressed as a product.
11. UK Menopause Friendly accreditation clone KILLED
Henpicked owns the badge and the awards circuit. Fighting them is vanity.
12. Large-enterprise EAP replacement (Peppy clone) KILLED
Needs 24/7 clinicians, ISO, procurement theatre. Wrong company stage. Partner later; do not build the hospital.
13. Lila-style photo meal logger KILLED
App Store reviews: inaccurate photos, repetitive AI, macro mismatch. Food belongs inside Tuesday as culture, not computer vision.
14. Sandwich-generation care OS KILLED
Caring Village / Tendercare own logistics. Her gift is the woman in the middle, not the parent’s blister pack. Capacity-first + Empty House already touch the load.
15. Empty-nest Instagram coaching clone KILLED
No software, no retention, price race to €27 PDFs. Rooms is the productised version.
16. Supplement shop + affiliate stack KILLED
Health & Her is a retailer with an app. Gold-rush optics. Destroys the “we do not prescribe” sentence.
17. Practice pack for GPs and practice nurses (B2B) PARKED
Real need: waiting-room education, conversation cards. Buyer is slow (HSE / ICGP). Revisit when The Visit has a thousand packs printed. Then sell the other side of the desk.
18. Method licence for other practitioners (B2B) PARKED
High trust, slow, high LTV. Needs a certification week she does not have time to staff in year one. Build after Tuesday has a voice worth licensing.
19. Anonymised Irish midlife observatory (B2B data) PARKED
Insurers and Ibec would buy a yearly index. GDPR, consent, and sample size come after Visit + Tuesday have volume. Do not sell vapour data.
20. Capacity Desk for professional-services firms (B2B, not menopause-branded) PARKED
Managing partners at 48 who cannot recover. Different buyer (COO). Rooms’ Capacity-first track tests demand without a second sales motion.
21. Partner / household app PARKED
Partners are underserved. Monetisation is weak (he will not pay €12). Ship as a Visit add-on page later: “give him three sentences.”
22. Sleep-only product / “midlife sleep lab” PARKED
Sleep is the loudest lever. CBT-I is crowded (Sleepio, Stella). Restore inside Tuesday is enough until a sleep SKU is obviously leaking revenue.
