If free tips keep dying by Thursday — this is the structure.

Not a course you'll abandon in a folder. A beginning, a method and an outcome: food, strength, sleep, self, and the life you want the next decades to hold — with Antonela in your corner and a small circle of women who get it. Education and coaching. Not a clinic. Not a detox fantasy.

Why ten weeks beats thirty minutes

A clinic appointment gives you half an hour and, possibly, a prescription — genuinely valuable, and for many women part of the answer. But nobody's prescription covers what you eat at 7am, the strength you're losing quietly, the 3am wake-up, or the question of who you are now. This programme is the other half: ten weeks of structure, skills, accountability and belonging. Do it alongside whatever you and your doctor decide — or on its own if the medical route isn't for you.

"Recognition first — 'that's me'. Then agency — 'and here's what I can do.' That's the whole programme in two sentences."

Prefer private depth? 1:1 coaching for 12 weeks — €1,950 · max four clients at a time. Ask about a place.

The programme is wellbeing education and coaching, not medical treatment, and results vary from woman to woman. It works alongside — never instead of — your medical care. Please talk to your GP before starting a new exercise routine if you have any health concerns.

Questions women ask before joining

What if I can't make a live session?
Every session is recorded and the replay is yours. That said, the live room is where the magic is — most weeks, most women make it, because it's one evening and it's for you.
Will I have to talk about personal things in a group?
Only ever by choice. Some women share everything; some mostly listen for ten weeks. Both are perfect. The group rules are simple: kindness, privacy, no advice-giving unless asked.
I've tried programmes before and drifted off. Why would this be different?
Three reasons: it's live (a room expecting you beats a video library), it's small (you're a person, not a username), and the practices are deliberately tiny. We're building habits that survive a busy life, not a fantasy version of one.
Is there a payment plan?
Yes — three monthly payments at the standard rate. If money is genuinely the barrier, email us; we hold a small number of supported places each cohort and we'd rather you asked.
