What we collect

Name, email, your message, organisation (if you write for a workplace), and light technical data such as the page you wrote from. The quiz and passport stay in your browser. If you ask us to email a conversation sheet, we send it to the address you typed and we do not keep a copy on the server. Letters use a double opt-in list on this host until you unsubscribe. A first-party page-view log may be stored on this host. A CSRF cookie and a theme preference (local storage) keep forms and look working. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, the page-view log is not written.

Why

To reply, to run programmes and letters, and to keep a short business record of a conversation you started. Lawful bases: consent (forms and letters) and legitimate interests (answering a request you sent).

How long

Contact messages: usually 24 months. Letters: until you unsubscribe. Server-side form backups: at most 24 months.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion or portability, and you can complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

Hosting

The sites are hosted with Hostinger. Email may pass through the hosting server. This is not a clinic and we do not open a medical file.

Scope

Wellbeing education and coaching — not a diagnosis and not medical or legal advice. We do not advise on starting or stopping MHT (often still called HRT) or any medication.
