Straight answers

If a question is not here, write two sentences.

Is this a menopause programme?

No. It is the same house. The Midlife Method is the body door — reading, masterclass, ten-week method. Horizon is the life-design door: the decades, mapped in six rooms. Hormones may have opened the door. They are not the whole house.

What do I actually receive?

A map of six rooms, the track that matches your season, and three moves for the next 90 days. Start with a 10-minute sitting if you do not want the whole library. Room 1 is free. You can print, download, share, or send the January page. The founding map is €19 (public €29) when payment is live; until then you reserve a seat. Track letters are already on this site to keep.

Can I do this and the Method together?

Yes. Many women start with the free reading for the body, then use Horizon when they want the years, not only the week. If Tuesday is already loud, go next door first.

Is this therapy, or a financial plan?

Neither. Horizon is wellbeing education and coaching. It will not diagnose, treat, or advise on starting or stopping HRT. Time & money is about what the week actually holds — not investment advice.

Where does my writing go?

On this device, in your browser, unless you print, download, or send a copy to Antonela. There is no account. You can wipe it on the map.

I live in two countries. Do I have to write in English?

No. The Diaspora / Dual track is built for two waiting rooms, two families, two languages. Write the map in English or Romanian. The sitting, Room 1, and the map all switch language.

Empty House or Standard — how do I know?

If the last child has left, or is leaving, and the house has started speaking, take Empty House. If the whole life is asking, take Standard. If the week cannot hold either promise, take Capacity-first. Or use three questions.

What is Capacity-first?

The professional who cannot recover. The week is already spent by 10am. Horizon will not add a vision board on top of that. You start by naming what to stop.

Nav says Coming Home. What is “Book a time”?

Coming Home is the book. Book a time is a conversation about which season you are in — not a medical consult.

I already started a map on another computer.

The map lives in that browser. Use Backup to download JSON and restore it here. Print or download the January page if you only need the artefact. We do not keep a cloud copy unless you send it.

Is there a course, or just a map?

Both. The map is the product. The 90-day curriculum is thirteen self-study weeks using the tools you already have. Four path overlays. No new membership. Room 1 is week 0–1. Services (including the €19 founding map waitlist) are listed on services.

What are “three lives”?

Three ninety-day sketches: if nothing changes; if the loud room is protected; if you stopped performing plenty. Not a five-year plan. On this device: three lives.

How do I come back in ninety days?

The 90-day look dates the start from this browser and can put a calendar file on your phone. What held, what collapsed. Not a report card.

What if I work in HR?

This door is for the woman. Employers go to Midlife @ Work.
