The spine ends in a look, not a graduation. What held. What collapsed. Which room is loud now. Then you either keep the same three moves or write a smaller page. You do not owe anyone a transformation story.
This week’s work
- Open the 90-day look. Write held / collapsed / loud now.
- Confirm the calendar file is in a place you will see in another ninety days.
- Backup JSON. Print the January page if it still tells the truth; edit it if it does not.
On each path
Standard. If the years are still louder, run the spine again with the same season. That is allowed.
Empty House. If the shrine-room is unchanged, the object was too big. Pick a smaller one.
Diaspora. If you still performed the old daughter every Sunday, choose one call next season. Not all of them.
Capacity-first. If one hour was held, the curriculum succeeded. Do not punish that with a bigger map.
Time · trap · if you cannot
Time. 20 minutes for the look. 5 minutes to backup. Then stop expanding.
Trap. A new identity. Restarting the spine immediately as punishment. A transformation story you owe an audience.
If you cannot. The look + backup is enough. Keep, shrink, or pause. Tuesday loud again → Method. Wants a person → 1:1 only if a seat exists.
