Teaching
Life-design studios ask for five years. Horizon will not. Ninety days is long enough to tell. Life A: if nothing changes. Life B: if the loud room is protected. Life C: if you stopped performing plenty. Pick the one you can still recognise — then keep protecting it on the map. This is not a vision board.

- Open Three lives.
- Fill all three at sketch level — six-word title, a Tuesday, a stop, a protect.
- Star (in your own notes) which life the January page is actually serving. If they disagree, the page is lying or the life is a wish. Fix one.
On each path
Standard. Life C is usually the honest one. Life A is the competent version.
Empty House. Life A often still packs a lunch nobody eats. Name that.
Diaspora. Life B has to pick a weather for the body. Not both full-time.
Capacity-first. Only Life A and a smaller Life B. Skip a heroic Life C.
Time · trap · if you cannot
Time. 30 minutes for three sketches. Not an afternoon of visioning.
Trap. A five-year Odyssey. A vision board. Life C as a dare on an empty tank.
If you cannot. Life A only, or A and a smaller B. Skip a heroic C. That is Capacity-first working.
