3. Invoicing and tax

Timeline shown for the Menopause-Friendly Starter package; single-session packages compress to 2–3 weeks. Certification assessment adds 4–6 weeks of evidence review after the Starter or runs standalone.
6. Service levels
- Response time: same-business-day response on B2B enquiries and live-engagement matters.
- Rescheduling: either party may reschedule a session with at least 5 business days' notice at no cost; the supplier guarantees an alternative date within 10 business days.
- Confidentiality: mutual — client business information and supplier programme materials both covered; case studies published only with written consent.
- Liability: capped at fees paid under the engagement; professional indemnity insurance as per §1.
- Pilot guarantee: first awareness session — no value seen, no invoice.
7. Business continuity and key-person risk
We answer this honestly rather than around it: delivery is founder-led, which is precisely why clients buy it — and we mitigate the key-person risk structurally:
- Everything is documented as a deliverable. Playbooks, training materials, survey instruments and the certification standard are written artefacts the client keeps — an engagement never depends on undocumented knowledge.
- Rescheduling guarantee (§6) covers illness or unavailability: an alternative date within 10 business days, at no cost.
- Licensed facilitator network in development: trained facilitators operating under a written code of conduct and compliance sheet will provide delivery redundancy from {{target date}}.
- Data continuity is structural: the survey platform is EU-hosted infrastructure, not a personal machine; aggregate results remain reproducible from the database function regardless of personnel.
- In the event of permanent discontinuation, clients receive all deliverables produced to date and a pro-rata refund of undelivered stages.
