Three moves on the January page. This week you do the loudest one as a behaviour, not a sentence. If it cannot happen in seven days, the move is still a wish. Edit it smaller on the January page. That edit is the work.

- Open the January page. Identify the loud room.
- Do the move, or rewrite it so it fits a Tuesday.
- Optional: backup JSON now that the page has changed.
On each path
Standard. Usually body or time. One diary hour or one dated stop.
Empty House. One object in a shrine-room, or one standing order dated.
Diaspora. One appointment on this country’s list, or one honest Sunday.
Capacity-first. One decision handed away in writing, or one hour recovered. Nothing else.
Time · trap · if you cannot
Time. The behaviour is the week. Editing the sentence counts if the behaviour will not fit seven days.
Trap. All three January moves as a dare. A bigger sentence because the small one felt embarrassing.
If you cannot. Shrink it until a Tuesday can hold it. That edit is the win. Backup JSON if the page changed.
